HUNTER RAE DeVOY

Hi there! I’m Hunter Rae, and I’ve been with The Avers Agency since July 2021. In my role as Director of Operations & Growth, I get the privilege of working closely with all of our agents every day—providing leadership, structure, training, and support to help them grow both personally and professionally.

Before joining the agency, I was selling chemicals to landfills across the country. I made the leap to The Avers Agency for three big reasons: job security, the opportunity to grow within a company where I could own that growth, and access to elite-level training and leadership.

This career has truly changed my life. It’s a massive relief to know I’ve found my forever career—a place where I have job stability, unlimited potential, and lifelong friendships.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me playing chess, cooking up something delicious, or spending time with my family. My faith and family come before anything else. Oh—and I can’t forget my 100-pound dog, Bill, or my love for Cody Johnson!
