MY STORY
Hi, I’m Brian Avers, and I live in Mukwonago, WI with my amazing wife, Bailey, and our three kids (ages 6, 4, and 1). Before joining the Avers Agency in May of 2018, I spent eight years working in the athletic footwear industry.
When I’m not working, I’m soaking up as much time as possible with my family. And if I get a rare moment to myself, you’ll probably find me on the golf course or watching sports.
What I love most about working with our agency is the culture—it’s second to none. I’ve never experienced a workplace that feels so much like family. Being surrounded by successful, driven, high-character people makes it easy to love what I do every day. I originally joined for the income and the impact, but I’m staying because of the people.
A couple things on my bucket list? Catching a baseball game in all 30 MLB stadiums and taking my wife on a trip to Napa Valley.
